Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $100.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping options will be added in the future.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

How do I start a return?

Are sale items eligible for return?

Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll make it right.

Sizing

How do your shirts fit?

Our tees are designed with a relaxed, everyday fit inspired by classic California lifestyle brands. Most customers find they fit true to size.

Between sizes?

If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.

Do you offer size charts?

Yes. A detailed size guide is available on every product page.

Product Care

How should I wash my Salt Hound apparel?

To keep your garments looking their best:

  • Machine wash cold.
  • Turn inside out before washing.
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry.
  • Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.

Will the garments shrink?

Our garments are pre-washed and designed to minimize shrinkage. For longest life, we recommend air drying whenever possible.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Only one discount code may be applied per order.
