Stocked products generally process within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order apparel generally processes within 5–10 business days. Processing happens before carrier transit, and tracking is sent when available.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered production or fulfillment, and made-to-order or personalized items may not be cancellable once production begins.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in original condition with any original tags or packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

The fastest way to receive a different item, color or size is to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return has been accepted.
